ResilienceBuilder® case studies follow one shape: the pressure a client faced, how the Assessment found the weakest facets, the targeted work that followed, and what was re-measured afterwards. Results come from the Assessment taken before and after, and are published with the client’s consent.
The honest test of resilience work is simple: did it move the numbers. Every ResilienceBuilder® engagement is built to answer that, because it starts and ends with the same measurement.
How every engagement is structured
Whatever the sector, the shape is the same and the measurement is built in:
- The pressure: what the team or organisation was actually carrying, and why it mattered.
- The baseline: the assessment scores each facet, so the weakest are clear before any work begins.
- The intervention: targeted training, coaching or a wider programme, aimed at the facets under most strain.
- The re-measure: the Assessment is taken again, so change is shown against the original baseline rather than assumed.

What does a ResilienceBuilder® case study show?
Each case study follows the same shape: the pressure a client was under, how the Assessment diagnosed which facets were weakest, the targeted work that followed, and what was re-measured afterwards. The structure is the same whether the client is a team, a function or a whole organisation.
Are the results independently measured?
Results come from the Assessment itself, taken before and after the work, so change is measured against a real baseline rather than asserted. Published figures are shared with the client’s consent.
