How ResilienceBuilder works
01
Individual assessments on any device
Using the ResilienceBuilder Assessment tool, you are individually assessed and provided with a picture of your current level of resilience. This resilience test can be done remotely and on any device.
02
The ResilienceBuilder model
Each assessment is scored according to the ResilienceBuilder Model; developed to encompass the basic building blocks of resilience. Based on extensive research, the model describes the 5 key characteristics of resilience most commonly displayed by highly resilient people: Mental Strength, Purpose, Physical Stamina, Emotional Intelligence and Social Support.
03
Personal reports including resilience level and action points
ResilienceBuilder reports are designed to focus on building specific areas for development.because each of our participants has a unique resilience profile, and in our experience a targeted approach works best. Providing easy-to-follow, pragmatic advice is part of our approach.
04
Resilience Coaching; in person or remote, group or 1:1
We encourage you to review your report and select two or three development areas to build upon. On top of this, more tailored support can be provided through 1:1 resilience coaching.
